Mr. Miles brings to PALIO over 20 years of trading expertise across a variety of sectors in the municipal market as well as extensive dealer relationships. At PALIO he is responsible for developing the trading and investment strategies of the Fund, daily portfolio management, and municipal bond trading. Prior to joining, Mr. Miles was a Vice President at Prager McCarthy and Sealy where he traded the municipal arbitrage account.

Suzanne Sarka, Managing Partner
Ms. Sarka has been active in trading and business development in the fixed income and interest rate derivatives markets since 1988. At PALIO, she oversees the cash trading and investment strategies of the Fund, and is responsible for the supervision of portfolio positions, execution of hedging strategies and risk management, and infrastructure and business development. Prior to forming PALIO, Ms. Sarka was Vice President at Societe Generale in charge of the effort to execute new and existing types of credit and derivatives products in the U.S., European and emerging markets for financial institutions, hedge funds and other asset managers.

Ms. Hastings has been at the forefront of developments in the municipal finance industry since the early 1990s. At PALIO she is responsible for developing the trading and investment strategies of the Fund, credit assessment, supervision of portfolio positions and risk exposure, and infrastructure and business development. Prior to forming PALIO Capital Management LLC, Ms. Hastings was a Vice President at Societe Generale responsible for executing a wide variety of credit and interest rate derivative products in the municipal market as well as co-managing a multi-billion dollar leveraged portfolio of municipal bonds.
